De status of our offers, assignments, orders and deliveries can be easily monitored. Because of the custom application "daily project planning", made by Triple A Solutions in FileMaker, the project planning is easy to realize on a daily basis. From our Mamut CRM System our ongoing projects are uploaded daily in the custom application, so I can easily assign employees to a project and print the schedule for the day. Before I had to manually type out the planning, with chances of error in the project numbers, which lead to a wrong timesheet and a lot of administratieve corrections afterwards. Because of the new application the error probability is greatly reduced en the efficiency improved.
